Strawberry Chocolate Dessert


  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1 darkish chocolate bar (1.4 ounces / 40 grams)

Cooking Directions

  1. Experience strawberries and darkish chocolate in combination as wholesome snack on your candy enamel.

Wholesome Cheesecake


  • 200g cottage cheese or ricotta
  • 6 graham crackers

  • 3 tbsp water
  • 1 tsp floor cinnamon

Cooking Directions

1. Put your graham crackers in a zipper lock bag and overwhelm them with a rolling pin or the palm of your hand. Put aside.
2. In a bowl combine the cottage cheese, jam, stevia & vanilla. Mix or combine in combination.
3. Line your personal baking cups along with your beaten graham crackers, upload filling on best. Refrigerate for half-hour till set.
4. As soon as set, sprinkle cinnamon to style, and best with raspberries. Experience!
